Dear Rodney (Ron, Shawn, Peggy, etc.!),

I have been remiss! I am 8 months late in thanking you for how hard you worked on my air conditioner last summer. I really cannot tell you how much I appreciated your kindness and perseverance. For whatever reason it has been working fine (knock wood!). I recommend you to anyone who asks about such services.

I hope the enclosed cookies haven’t melted by the time you get them. The chocolate chip ones have pecans in them, in case anyone is allergic. The others are M&M.

Again, you are a fabulous team and I am lucky to have you in charge of my A/C system!
